When Accell Roofing Inc. opened in 1991, the first few years consisted of little more than me, a ladder and a hammer. These times were very difficult, but through hard work, determination and a commitment to top quality workmanship and products, my company has grown to become one of the most respected roofing companies in London. I can now boast that we have replaced roofs on more than five thousand homes and condominium units, and I have personally installed or overseen the installation of each and every one. This has given me an experience level that is second to none among my peers.
One of the most important lessons I have learned throughout my career is, as a customer, you should always, whenever possible, make your deal with the company’s owner. You will almost always get the best experience dealing with the person in charge. When you request a quote from my company I will be the person to sit down with you and answer any questions you may have – not a commissioned salesperson, just the owner of the company. Together we will discuss your roofing needs and determine the best solution to fully satisfy those needs. I will then personally oversee the installation so that our agreement is fulfilled to your complete satisfaction. My staff are courteous, well-trained and certified professionals that will ensure the installation of your roof is completed with care and skill, and with minimum inconvenience to you and your family. As each job site has a dedicated staff member whose sole responsibility is clean-up, your property will be left in impeccable condition, which is of utmost importance to me.
