I am pleased to recommend John to anyone looking for a shingle replacement. John and his team were professional throughout the whole process, from the quote to the installation and clean up. I choose Acccell Roofing because I watched them install shingles on 3 neighbours' homes the previous summer and was impressed by what I saw. The way they worked, the speed in which they finished the roof and the look of the property when the job was complete. I was not disappointed when it was my home. I had a leak in my roof and requested John to provide me with a quote to repair or replace the shingles. John came and informed me that a rebate could be obtained from the shingle company due to a defect. John looked after the paperwork to make this happen and I replaced all the shingles. John clearly explained the quote and I found his pricing to be very competitive. You can't go wrong with John and Accell Roofing

John took great care to explain everything up front in detail, and gave much sensible advice, even to suggesting the best colour that would flatter our roof and contrast nicely with the surrounding houses (we agreed with that choice and are very happy with it). He included every item in his estimate and there were no surprises. The job was done in just one day, as promised, the workmanship was first class, and the team was friendly and efficient. Our previous roof, installed by a different roofer, had not lasted as long as advertised, and was in poor condition. John Acton, the owner of Accell Roofing Inc., was very accommodating in his estimate and explanation of the prospective job.  Patient with the customer's questions and concerns.  he outlines all the specifics, the how and why's of all construction materials and procedures.  He improved upon arrangement of the incumbent roofing job by adding and repositioning of air vents and increasing their size, adding synthetic under layment which was absent and ice sheeting. He explained in full, the reasoning for the actual quote, telling how the estimate came about.  He stood back and took the time to listen. The crew was diligent to the job. They worked on an "off" day to make sure weather at the time was not an issue. John called in the middle of the two day job to see if the customer had any concerns and reassured that the job was progressing well.  The crew foreman answered continuous questions with care, knowledge and professionalism.  The crew worked throughout the day, not with a lassiez faire attitude.  They were also very aware of the neighbors property and vehicles etc.  When the job was completed the foreman conducted a "tour" to see if there were any questions.  The cleanup ws good and followed up by the owner. In short, a job well done at a very competitive price

We recently had our roof replaced by Accell Roofing. The service we received from John Acton was excellent from start to finish. John first came to the house to identify problems to be remedied. He then recommended changes to deal with those problems and the materials to be used. His crew were friendly, and respectful of us as we were in the house when the job was being done. There was a minimum of upset to the property, and they did a full clean up at the end, restoring the property as before. The roof looks great, and more functional than before.
